Since all items are made to order using the freshest ingredients we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for most catering items. Sometimes 48 hours. However, know we strive to accommodate short notice requests whenever possible. 
Paper plates, plastic utensils, etc. available upon request. chafers provided for an additional charge of $10
